The Key of The Five Main Yoga Elements The main key to yoga techniques is keeping the five elements balanced when practicing yoga because once you have combined and kept it balanced, you are guaranteed to manifest stability, adaptability, grace, radiance, and directness. Only then that when you have applied balance or the right amount of presence on the five elements or "drushti", "bandha", "vinyasa", "asana", and "pranayama", it will lead to its fulfillment. If you have already manifested stability, adaptability, grace, radiance, and directness, those qualities would automatically mature or grow in you and allow you to let go more and more of the structures within the yoga techniques that has been hidden inside yourself. Your true potential will become known and umleashed.
